Competition Check List

Pleas use this check list as a packing guide in preparation for competitions. Check and double check your gym bag the night before you're scheduled to compete to make sure nothing off of this list is missing.

- Uniform
     - Singlet
     - Competition shorts
     - Long competition pants
     - Tracksuit
     - SOLID WHITE cotton athletic socks - No logos or other colours, and no ankle socks (not needed if not wearing longs)
- Gym Bag
     - Grips
     - Wrist bands
     - WHITE athletic/hockey tape
     - Extra pair of white cotton athletic socks (not needed if not wearing longs)
     - Water bottle (no juices or energy drinks)
     - A few light, healthy, non-perishable snack items, no candy or junk

Also please be sure that long shaggy hair is cut and neat looking. Your son is not only representing himself, but he is also representing Tumblers and we want to try our best to maintain a positive image.
